Experience Change! was the motto of the EAHAEs Fifth Annual Conference. The fifth annual conference of the European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE) took place on the Klein Nienhagen Estate near the Baltic sea resorts of Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn and Rerik, from September 11-13, 2009. The hosts were Gerhard and Karin Krebs & team, from G & K HorseDream GmbH, the pioneers of horse assisted further education, who moved to the Baltic sea in October 2008. The organizers welcomed 78 trainers and seminar providers who are interested in, or already working with horses in management training in the field of human resources and personal development. The majority of those came from Germany, where approximately 40% of the EAHAE members originate. Other participants came from Europe, Australia and Brazil. The EAHAE was founded in 2004 and now claims over 200 members worldwide. It is a non-profit platform for information, communication, education and certification as well as for research and publications. Since the last EAHAE conference held in Poland 2008, the organization has taken a big step forward in realising its vision. This can be seen by the growing list of large, middle-sized and small companies that have taken part in horse assisted seminars in various countries around the globe. It is also shown by the increase in the various scientific writings on diverse topics concerning the content of horse assisted seminars. Horse assisted trainings run by qualified <b>…<b>

Dev Ad For SAGD
Im hoping to rally support from people in SAGD, and have people join a development team to create a demo I have an idea fro. From there Id like to raise funding through GOGOIndie to make that dream possible, and allow us to work on it full time. With proper funding it would be easier to reach the overall goal. I also plan to community build along the way, create video advertisements for the team, and push it as hard as I can while contacting media outlets, and doing everything I can to make the project succeed. If you have skills in either writing, drawing, modeling, or using the UDK join the team, and work on a major project. Im been met with people who think that a big project is doomed to fail. Big projects succeed everyday, and Ill do what I can to make this project one of them.

Using SCRUM (Agile Software Methodology) with Offshore Development
SCRUM and Offshore Development Scrum is an agile software development methodology that is based on developer teams that work on a project together, through prioritized lists of requirements. The project development is organized in short time frames, called "sprints," which usually last from around one week to a month. At the end of the sprint, the finished work is shown off to and validated by business users, features are re-prioritized, and work for the next sprint is planned. Under the Scrum methodology, the developers are required to meet for roughly 15 every day during the project duration. The format of this meeting is simple and sparse; the developers talk about their accomplishments for the day, their plan for next day and any obstacles they may be facing, and nothing more. At first glance, the close contact in terms of daily meetings, the end of sprint retrospect and the seemingly informal nature of the process may seem to make Scrum incompatible with projects done where part of the development work is outsourced to offshore teams. But this is not true – modern communication technologies have made using Scrum with offshore development possible. Outsourced developers working under the Scrum approach have a multitude of communication tools available — from Skype to "Go ToMeeting" and WebEx, and a choice of web based project management tools, many of which, such as Rallys Community edition, are free. These tools allow them to collaborate closely with each other. A <b>…<b>
